How to Create an Auto-Task
Creating an auto-task is as simple as chatting with Binx. Just describe what you want and when:
- "Send me a summary of AI news every morning at 9am"
- "Every Monday, search for updates about Tesla and summarize them"
- "On weekdays at 8am and 5pm, give me the top 5 tech headlines"
Binx detects the schedule, confirms it with you, and starts running immediately. You can also create auto-tasks from the developer dashboard for full control over CRON expressions, credit budgets, and templates.
Scheduling Options
Auto-Tasks support flexible scheduling:
- Daily — runs every day at your chosen times
- Weekly — pick specific days of the week
- Weekdays — Monday through Friday only
- Monthly — on specific dates each month
- CRON expressions — full 5-field CRON syntax for advanced users
You can set up to 6 execution times per day per automation. All schedules are timezone-aware, so your 9am briefing arrives at 9am in your local time.
Smart Suggestions

Credit Budgets
