Automation System — The Big One
This is the feature we have been building toward. Binx now supports a full automation system that turns your WhatsApp into a programmable assistant. Three major capabilities are now live:
### Auto-Tasks
Schedule recurring AI tasks that run automatically. Daily news briefings, weekly reports, monthly summaries — tell Binx once and it delivers on schedule. Supports daily, weekly, weekday, monthly, and full CRON expressions. Up to 6 execution times per day, timezone-aware, with credit budget controls.
### Webhook Automations
Connect any external service to Binx via secure webhooks. Stripe payments, GitHub deploys, form submissions — when something happens, Binx sends you a WhatsApp notification. Supports HMAC signature verification, event filtering, response templates with variable interpolation, and AI-powered processing.
### Event Monitoring
Four monitor types to watch the web for you: uptime checks, webpage change detection, RSS feed tracking, and AI condition monitoring. Each monitor runs on your schedule and alerts you on WhatsApp when something changes. Smart auto-pause after repeated failures prevents noise.
Automation Dashboard
A full management interface in the developer console. View all automations, toggle status, edit settings, trigger manual runs, and browse run history. Every execution is tracked with status, duration, and credit cost.
Smart Auto-Task Suggestions
Binx now detects when you ask the same thing repeatedly. After three similar queries on different days, it suggests converting the pattern into an auto-task. One tap to accept — your habit becomes automated.
Personalized Automations
Auto-task outputs are enriched with your context. Binx pulls from your memory — interests, preferences, recent topics — to personalize automation results. Your morning briefing reflects what you actually care about.
Weekly Automation Summaries
Every Sunday at 10am, active automation users receive a performance summary: total runs, success rate, active automations, and highlights from the week.
