Auto-Tasks
2 min read
Auto-Tasks turn repetitive requests into scheduled automations that run on their own. Instead of asking Binx the same thing every morning, set it once and get results delivered to your WhatsApp on a schedule — daily briefings, weekly reports, recurring research, and more.
How to use
Tell Binx what you want automated in natural language: 'Send me a summary of AI news every morning at 9am' or 'Every Monday, remind me of my weekly goals.' Binx detects the intent, picks the right frequency (daily, weekly, weekdays, monthly), and sets up the automation. You can specify multiple times per day — up to six. Use CRON expressions for advanced schedules or stick with simple mode. Manage auto-tasks from the dashboard: pause, resume, edit, delete, or trigger a manual run. Each automation tracks credit usage so you stay in control of costs. Binx even suggests auto-tasks when it notices you asking the same thing repeatedly.

Use cases
Morning news briefing
Schedule a daily 8am search for top headlines in your industry, delivered as a concise WhatsApp summary before your first meeting.
Weekly competitor watch
Every Monday at 9am, Binx searches for news about three competitor names and sends a digest of what changed.
Daily motivation or learning
Get a daily quote, vocabulary word, or coding challenge sent to you at a time you choose — no apps to open.
Recurring research
Track a topic over time: 'Every weekday, search for new AI regulation updates in the EU' builds a running knowledge base.
Example
Send something like this in your Binx chat on WhatsApp.
“Every weekday at 8am and 5pm, send me a summary of the top 5 tech news stories”
Tips
Binx auto-suggests automations when it notices you asking the same question on three or more different days. Accept the suggestion to convert a habit into an auto-task instantly. Set a credit budget per automation to avoid surprise costs.
